As a PACFA-registered counsellor and qualified clinical supervisor, I offer collaborative supervision grounded in a person-centred philosophy. My approach is based on respect, curiosity, authenticity, and the belief that every practitioner has the capacity to grow through reflective practice.
With extensive experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, addictions, and life transitions, I assist supervisees in exploring complex clinical presentations while remaining true to their own therapeutic style.
My supervision integrates person-centred therapy with evidence-informed approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and schema therapy, where appropriate. I also draw on Bernard’s discrimination model to adapt supervision to each practitioner’s developmental needs.
Whether you are a student, newly qualified counsellor, or experienced practitioner, supervision is tailored to your learning goals, professional identity, and ethical responsibilities.
I provide supervision for:
- Registered counsellors and psychotherapists
- Counsellors working towards professional registration
- Students undertaking placements
- Practitioners in private practice
- Professionals seeking reflective practice and continued professional development
Online Supervision
Professional supervision is available both in person in Sydney and securely online via videoconference. This allows counsellors throughout Australia and internationally to access high-quality supervision from the comfort of their own practice, regardless of location or time zone.
I aim to create a safe, respectful, and collaborative supervisory relationship where practitioners feel supported, challenged, and inspired to continue developing both personally and professionally.
