As a certified practicing counsellor and a sports professional with many years’ experience, I am able to offer a unique combination of counselling and an exercise regime tailored to meet the individual needs of my clients, both physical and mental.

Too often, people seeking help for psychological conditions receive treatment for the mind while ignoring the body. Many studies have shown significant benefits from Pilates and other forms of exercise as an adjunct treatment for depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and other psychological conditions.

Alternatively, athletes may be training physically, but they may not recognise how therapy can help them achieve their goals more effectively or cope with injury trauma.
